  • Is my donation tax-deductible?

    Yes. Escalera Access is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and eligible donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We provide a donation receipt for your records.

  • Do you accept in-kind donations?

    Yes. We currently welcome gently used outdoor recreation gear and equipment for our educational Gear Investigation Library. This equipment will not be used for actual recreational activities. Instead, students will examine, compare, and investigate real-world gear as part of hands-on learning units focused on design, engineering, human performance, sustainability, and outdoor recreation.

  • Possibly! Many employers offer matching gift programs that can double or increase the impact of your donation to eligible nonprofits. If your employer requires documentation or verification, we’re happy to provide the information needed to complete your match.
