KES Summer Camp

Kinesiology, Engineering & Sustainability

A “STEAMM” Outdoors Experience

The KES Summer Day Camp creates accessible, engaging learning environments where students can move, explore, and create. By blending physical activity, creative exploration, and career-connected skills, KES empowers youth to see the world through the lens of science, technology, and community.

Through dynamic STEAM learning, participants experience:

  • Kinesiology & Movement Science – exploring how the body moves and performs.

  • Material Science, Gear Design & Environmental Impact – understanding the science behind gear, equipment, and sustainable design.

  • Outdoor Learning – connecting with nature through hands-on exploration.

  • Local Outdoor Industry Introductions – engaging with community experts and outdoor businesses.

Every session is movement-based, hands-on, and connected to the real world—designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and strengthen ties between young people and their communities. There are many more topics within the 3 pillars our students will experience!

Co-Ed program for ages 13-18 years.
